ANGRY ANGORAGIFTS & APPAREL

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Angry Angora Customs website, products, custom-order services, and related communications.

Angry Angora Customs is operated by Lavender and Honeycomb LLC, located at Converse, IN. In these Terms, “Angry Angora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or organization placing an order.

By visiting our website, requesting a quote, approving a design, submitting payment, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products and Services

Angry Angora creates and sells products that may include:

Product availability, materials, colors, dimensions, prices, and production times may change.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, personalization, and project information. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

3. Quotes and Custom Orders

Custom quotes are based on the specifications available when the quote is prepared. A quote may expire if an expiration date is included.

Changes to quantity, materials, dimensions, personalization, artwork, shipping requirements, or completion dates may change the quoted price and production schedule.

A custom order is not accepted until:

  1. We confirm the order;
  2. Any required design or wording is approved; and
  3. The required payment is received.

We may decline an order that we cannot safely, legally, or reasonably produce.

4. Design Proofs and Customer Approval

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing all names, dates, titles, spelling, dimensions, colors, quantities, and design details.

Approval may be provided electronically, including by email, website submission, or direct message. Once the customer approves a proof, Angry Angora may begin production.

We are not responsible for errors appearing in an approved proof unless the finished item differs materially from the approved design.

Additional revisions or changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may extend the production schedule.

5. Customer-Provided Artwork and Content

You represent that you have permission to use any logo, photograph, artwork, phrase, trademark, or other material you submit.

You grant Angry Angora a limited license to use submitted material solely to prepare, produce, and deliver your order.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide without authorization. We may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Product Appearance and Handmade Variations

Many products are engraved, printed, assembled, finished, or personalized individually. Natural materials such as wood, leather, stone, marble, and fiber may vary in grain, texture, color, markings, and engraving results.

Screens and photographs may display colors differently. Reasonable variations are not considered defects when the product otherwise matches the approved design and description.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are listed or quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery, customization, rush-order, or other disclosed charges will be shown before payment or included in the approved quote.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Angry Angora does not ordinarily receive or store your complete card number. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by the payment provider’s terms.

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout or included in your approved invoice.

8. Cancellations

Ready-Made Orders

You may request cancellation before the order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be handled under the return policy below.

Custom and Personalized Orders

A custom order may be cancelled for a full refund before design work or production begins.

Once design work has begun, charges for completed design services or specially purchased materials may be deducted from the refund.

Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded.

To request cancellation, contact hello@angryangora.com as soon as possible. A cancellation is not complete until we confirm it in writing.

9. Returns and Refunds

Ready-Made, Nonpersonalized Products

Unused, unworn, and unaltered ready-made products may be returned if you contact us within 14 days after delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and customer-approved products are generally final sale and cannot be returned because of a change of mind, an error in customer-provided information, or an error shown on an approved proof.

We will repair, replace, or refund a custom product when:

Contact hello@angryangora.com within seven days after delivery and include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

10. Production and Rush Orders

Production dates are estimates unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed completion date.

Production may not begin until payment, required information, and design approval have been received.

Rush service is subject to availability and may require an additional charge. Paying for rush service does not include expedited shipping unless specifically stated.

We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, included in the quote, or communicated before payment.

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not controlled by Angry Angora.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be charged to the customer.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact the carrier and notify us promptly. We will reasonably assist with a carrier claim but cannot guarantee that the carrier will approve it.

12. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Claims involving visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be submitted to hello@angryangora.com within seven days of delivery.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and packing materials until the claim is resolved. Photographs may be required.

13. Events, Clubs, and Group Orders

The organization or individual placing a group order is responsible for collecting and confirming names, award titles, quantities, sizes, addresses, and other participant information.

Unless otherwise agreed, we communicate with and accept final approval from the designated order contact. Changes requested by individual participants may require authorization from that contact.

14. Website and Intellectual Property

The Angry Angora name, logo, website design, original product designs, photographs, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Angry Angora.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise.

15. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services:

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Angry Angora is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from an order, shipment delay, website interruption, or product use.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

17. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, power failures, supply shortages, equipment failure, government action, illness, or natural disasters.

If such an event materially affects an order, we will communicate available options as reasonably possible.

18. Privacy

Information collected through the website, checkout, quote forms, or customer communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Stripe and other service providers may process information under their own privacy policies when providing payment, website, shipping, or communication services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, each party agrees to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will ordinarily govern that order.

21. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable product description or quote, the approved proof, and the policies referenced here form the agreement governing your order.

If a written custom-order agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written custom-order agreement controls for that order.
